Why your bags?
We have been selling waterproof EVA bags since 2015. We didn't invent these types of bags, but we have developed them into a true game-changer for adventurous anglers. Through our success, we have also paved the way for many other companies. There are now countless companies that also offer EVA bags. We still stand out through the highest quality standards and constant innovation. We also provide customer support and find solutions if something goes wrong. All of this is demonstrated by the thousands of satisfied customers who remain loyal to us.
Customer satisfaction
The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. We are still an owner-managed company based in Germany. We operate the company with and from our own financial resources and at our own risk. We want to sell you good, well-thought-out products and help Hammer Tackle achieve further growth. We can only achieve this goal through satisfied customers - our now over 1,000 positive customer reviews show that we are on the right track.

Waterproof?
Information on how to use our bags
Are your bags 100% waterproof?
Most of our products in the "Bags" category are made from 100% waterproof materials - the welds are also 100% waterproof. And when designing the bags, it is very important to us make them as tight as possible. But despite all these efforts- our bags are still not suitable for diving...
Can I leave your bags out in the rain?
You can leave our HT bags (hardtop lids) and all bags with wrap closures out in the rain if you close the bag correctly. However, it is important that you roll down the changing bags (e.g. Duffle Bag, Bag Pack and Hammer Sleeve) properly and close them tightly with the corresponding clips. With our HT bags, the lid must lie correctly over the edge of the bag, and the bag must not be overfilled so that the lid bulges. It's best to close the zipper.
Our bags with flexible lids are also "rainproof" for a little while. Please don't leave these bags outside the tent in the constant rain for days. Moisture can definitely penetrate through the seam on the lid and the zipper.
Do I need to pay attention to anything else?
Actually not! Just remember to close the bag(s) well. Nothing can go wrong then and the next rain shower (and hopefully the next bite) can come!

How can I order from you and what should I take into account?
How do I order a product?
Select the product of your choice, add it to the shopping cart and follow the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can of course still cancel it. Please contact us (stating your order number) at hello@hammertackle.com
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the discount code in the corresponding field in the shopping cart. The discount will be applied immediately if it is valid.
Payment

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, advance payment and purchase on account. So we hope that we offer a payment type that suits you.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Check your payment method details and try again. You may also want to try paying using another payment method. If this doesn't work either, please contact us at hello@hammertackle.com
How does the refund work?
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5-7 business days via the original payment method used.
Shipping & delivery

What shipping options are there?
We ship deliveries within Germany with DPD, outside Germany with UPS. Unfortunately, shipping with other service providers is not possible. We also do not offer express shipping.
How can I track my shipment?
After shipping, you will always be informed about the current status of your package via regular emails. So you know where your package is at all times and, more importantly, when it will be delivered to you.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery location. In Germany we ship for €6.90, in other EU countries for €9.90. We ship free of charge for orders over €99 (Germany) and €149 (EU abroad).
Returns & exchanges

How quick I need to return an item?
If you would like to return an item, it must be unused. Unfortunately, we cannot take back used items and therefore cannot refund them. If you would like to return something, please contact us at hello@hammertackle.com with your order number
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return (unused) items within 14 days of receipt.
Who covers the return costs?
Due to our tight pricing, we are unfortunately unable to cover the costs of returns. So you would have to make sure that the item is sent to us with insured shipping (with a tracking number). We ask for your understanding in this regard.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection of the return.

Will a sold-out product be available again?
cf ourse! If you are interested in a sold-out product, you can sign up for a notification. Simply go to the page of the sold-out product, where you will find the option to be notified automatically. Alternatively, you can subscribe to our newsletter .

How do I create an account?
Click on " Create account " and follow the instructions. To create an account, you need a valid email address. Then you can get started...
How do I change my password?
We no longer work with passwords. If you would like to log in to your customer account, you will receive a code sent to your email address. You can then use this code to log in to your customer account. This eliminates the possibility of losing and resetting a new password.

Your data will be transmitted encrypted and treated in accordance with our privacy policy.
